She has more than 20 years of experience in business development and capital raising for different real estate developers seeking to capitalize their commercial construction projects by partially financing them with funds from equity or EB5 investors.  With his experience as a Financial Advisor, he presents to investors the different alternatives and investment instruments according to their objectives, evaluating risks and guarantees of each project and investment figure, providing comprehensive information for decision making.
EB5 Specialist, registered before the USCIS under the Federal EB5 Visa Program for Foreign Investors with the EB5AN Regional Center.  Since 2016 she has advised EB5 investors on financial risk and immigration risk of different EB5 projects.
