The EB-5 Federal Visa Program was created by the U.S. Congress in 1990 with the objective of boosting the U.S. economy by creating jobs through capital investments made by foreign nationals.
Regulated by the U.S. Department of Immigration (USCIS), this program allows the investor, his or her spouse and unmarried children under the age of 21 to obtain Permanent Residence (Green Card) by investing in a project previously approved by the U.S. government for this purpose.
The investment under the EB5 Federal Visa Program must be made under the supervision and control of a Regional Center, which is a USCIS certified entity.

Capital investment with high returns in multifamily real estate projects

We offer you the opportunity to invest in multifamily real estate projects in Miami, designed to generate high yields and provide security to your capital.
These investments are focused on the development of multi-unit residential buildings, which are intended to be rented to meet the growing demand for housing in strategic areas of the city. As the asset appreciates in value, the investor obtains an attractive return.
Investment characteristics
- The investment scheme is structured as a direct loan to the project, backed by formal guarantees granted by the Developer. This modality, in which the investor acts as a lender, ensures a fixed date for the repayment of the invested capital, which provides greater predictability and security. In addition, this investment is tax exempt in the United States if the investor -whether an individual or a legal entity- is not a tax resident in the country, which makes it a tax efficient option for foreigners.
- Annual yield of 18%, with quarterly interest payments.
- Repayment of principal after 12 months or 18 months, as stipulated in the project contract.
- Projects located in high demand areas, focusing on the working class housing segment.
- Minimum investment from US$ 250,000.
Investment process
- Project selection: The investor chooses one or more available construction projects according to his profile and objectives.
- Signing of legal documentation: Review and sign the documents corresponding to the investment scheme: Promissory Note, Loan Agreement, Capital Repayment Guarantees.
- Transfer of capital to the fiduciary agent: The investor transfers the funds to the fiduciary agent, who holds them in custody until all stipulated conditions are met. From this moment on, the capital begins to generate profitability, with immediate cash flow during the investment period.
